Refund Policy

  • Once we have received the returned packet, we will initiate the process of refund. Refund is completely based on the payment mode of the orders.
  • As soon as we receive back the product in good condition without any damages and without being tampered, you would receive a confirmation mail from us asking you to provide the details as applicable.
  • If credit or debit card paid the orders, then the amount would be refunded back to the credit/debit card within seven working details.
  • If the transaction is made via net banking, then the refundable amount would be credited back to the net banking account.
  • If you have any other preferences, then you can mail back us providing a request to credit the amount in any specific account providing the bank details like Name of the Bank, Account Number and IFSC Code of the branch.
  • If you are unable to provide us the same or are not applicable for any of the refund processes, then we would send a cheque which would be prepared in favour of the billing person as was specified at the time of placing an order.
  • For dispensing the cheque, extra charges are applicable that would be deducted from the total amount.

Few More Aspects of Refund Policy You Must Know

  • If you request a cancellation order for the product within 7 days of your product delivery, then full amount would be refunded as applicable for you.
  • If you cancel the order just 1 day before the order is shipped, then you would be charged a small penalty and the refund process would be the same.
  • Once the product is dispatched, then it can’t be cancelled until it is delivered to you.
  • We are improving our logistics with our refund policy so that we would be able to refund the amount at the time you return the packet. Cash refund facility is not yet active.
  • Tax amounts incurred with the order and product would be refunded in case of cancellation or returning of the product.
